Getting Started
Health First Wellness Center is focused on whole‑body health and wellness. Our doctors are upper cervical and full‑spine functional chiropractors as well as wellness practitioners. Because our approach is more comprehensive than traditional “back pain” care, we highly recommend attending our FREE New Patient Orientation Class before scheduling your first appointment.
New Patient Orientation Class
This complimentary class introduces you to our wellness philosophy, treatment approach, and doctors. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, learn what to expect, and ease any concerns before committing your time and resources. See our Class Schedule page for upcoming dates and times.

Scheduling Your Exam
After attending the New Patient Orientation Class, please call our office to schedule your new patient appointments.
Initial Appointment
Your first visit allows the doctor to learn about your health history, current concerns, and goals. This appointment includes:
- Comprehensive examination
- Posture assessment
- Spinal motion evaluation
- Functional fitness exam
- X‑rays
Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. This visit is also an ideal time to ask any questions about your health or care plan.
Report of Findings Appointment
During your second visit, the doctor will review your examination results in detail and discuss recommendations for addressing any issues identified. You will also receive your first chiropractic adjustment. Afterward, our staff will guide you through scheduling future appointments to help make your care plan smooth and stress‑free.
